Politics in the Pub brings the issues that matter into a room built for honest conversation — a pub. Every event puts the community in the same space as the people shaping the debate: policymakers, campaigners, journalists, academics and the people living the consequences of the decisions being made. Formats shift with the topic and the speakers involved, but the shape stays the same — a substantive talk followed by an open floor, where anyone in the room can put a question to the panel.

Politics in the Pub is a non-partisan, not-for-profit community group,  We are not a political party, or a campaign office. We are a room–with attitude!  We support all individuals and organisations, fighting for the common good, and aim to promote their causes.
